Returns & Refunds

Contact Weston Fun Inc before returning any product. Eligible consumer items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery when they are unused, complete, and in their original packaging.

Return authorization

Email wwestonfuninc@gmail.com with the order number, product name, reason for return, and photos when relevant. Do not send a return until you receive the return address and authorization instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Non-returnable items

Used, altered, incomplete, personalized, clearance, final-sale, and specially ordered commercial products are not returnable unless defective. Any special return terms for bulk or custom orders will be disclosed before purchase.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Financial institutions may require 5-10 business days to post the credit.
