Before you ship
Email wwestonfuninc@gmail.com with your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos when relevant. Do not send a return until you receive authorization instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Financial institutions may require 5 to 10 business days to post the credit.
